Woodward Governor OKs quarterly cash dividend

Woodward Governor Company’s board of directors approved a quarterly cash dividend of 6 cents a share, payable June 2 to shareholders of record as of May 16. Woodward, based in Fort Collins, Colo., has facilities in Loves Park and Rockton.
