Rockford alum receives Baylor's Distinguished Alumnus Award

Gordon Eggers Jr. of Rockford, president and chief executive officer of Crusader Clinic in Rockford, received the 2008 Distinguished Alumnus Award by Baylor College of Medicine, Texas Medical Center, at a ceremony in Houston in April. Eggers was certified as a physician’s assistant and earned a bachelor’s degree in medicine from Baylor. He received his present position at Crusader in 2005.
