Nursing school wins 10-year accreditation

Saint Anthony College of Nursing was reaccredited by Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools. The next comprehensive evaluation visit is in 2018-19, reflecting a 10-year maximum period between visits with no interim reports or reviews mandated.

Accreditation means the private Catholic college in Rockford, which offers bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nursing, met the standards addressing mission and integrity, resources, evaluation and planning, effective teaching, support for student inquiry and learning, social responsibility, engagement, and service to the community.
